1. I haven't seen this bill before / I haven't received any reminders.
You might receive a letter that isn't intended for you. Or it could be that the company you're paying—or Faircasso itself—made a mistake. If you're unsure about the bill's validity, log in to your personal account or call Faircasso. We'll look into it quickly.
2. Can I pay in installments?
You can always pay in installments. You can arrange this yourself through your personal account. Or call Faircasso, and we'll do it together.
3. I can't pay, not even in installments.
It's possible you have no income or too little. We understand that you might not be able to pay immediately. Don't worry, we're happy to help. You can send a message in your personal account. Or call Faircasso.
4. Can I get a payment link?
The email usually includes a payment link for iDeal. Didn't receive an email or lost it? You can pay with iDeal through your personal account.
5. Can it be debited automatically?
Unfortunately, automatic debit is not possible.
6. Can you send me a reminder when my next installment is due?
Yes, we'll always send you an email or text message three days in advance so you don't forget to make the payment.
7. I also have unpaid invoices from another collection agency. Can Faircasso help me with that?
