Frequently Asked Questions
1. I haven’t seen this invoice before / I haven’t received any reminders.
It can happen that you receive a letter that isn’t meant for you, or that the company you owe—or Faircasso—made a mistake. If you’re unsure whether the invoice is correct, log in to your personal portal or call Faircasso. We’ll sort it out quickly.
2. Can I pay in installments?
Yes, you can always pay in installments. You can arrange this yourself in your personal account, or call Faircasso and we’ll set it up together.
3. I can’t pay, not even in parts.
Sometimes you may have no income or not enough income. We understand you might not be able to pay right away. Don’t worry—we’re still here to help. You can send us a message from your personal portal, or call Faircasso.
4. Can I get a payment link?
Most emails include a payment link so you can pay with iDEAL. If you didn’t receive the email or can’t find it, you can still pay with iDEAL via your personal portal.
5. Can it be debited automatically?
Unfortunately, direct debit isn’t available.
6. Can you send me a reminder for my next installment?
Yes, we’ll always send you an email or SMS 3 days in advance so you don’t forget to pay.
7. I also have unpaid invoices with another collection agency. Can Faircasso help me with those?
Yes. Even if you have outstanding invoices with other companies, we can help. Send a message via your personal portal or call Faircasso.
