Fair and smart debt collection
We haven’t learned to collect socially it’s in our DNA. It’s how we think, how we work, and who we are. We are constantly innovating to ensure that our services and results keep getting better.
Costs
We do not work with “no cure, no pay” or “kickback” arrangements. Fair collection delivers more value for you as a client and results in fewer costs for the debtor. To make this possible, we put in a lot of extra effort. For this, we charge a fixed fee per claim. The amount of this fee depends on the number of cases and the expected outcome.
Collection process
We use smart workflows, send letters by post and email, make use of SMS, and offer logical digital payment solutions. In addition, our collection staff and field agents are also trained debt counselors. They know everything about debt and are trained to talk to people who are under a lot of stress. They are given real time to build trust. Everything needed to reach a solution!
As a result, a bailiff is rarely needed. That means significant cost savings especially for the client.
Home visits
We do everything we can to avoid involving a bailiff. However, if after several weeks of sending letters, making calls, and even a home visit there is still no contact, we forward the claim to our bailiff. Before starting legal proceedings, we work with the bailiff to assess whether there are debts, other seizures, sufficient income, or social problems. If there are financial or social reasons not to proceed with a summons, then it will not happen. We are very strict about this. But if the debtor is able to pay and simply refuses, then we take action.
IT
Do you only have a small number of customers who don’t pay? Then Faircasso Online is the platform where you can upload and monitor your claim. You can also record payments or leave comments here.
Do you have hundreds of outstanding claims each month? With a customized API or interface, we share all data with you on a daily basis. We work together with leading IT partners to deliver not only the most secure but also the most modern IT solutions quickly and reliably.
Debt assistance
Our main mission is that within a few years, every creditor and collection agency will practice fair collections. We want to achieve this by setting the right example ourselves and by being transparent about how we do it. Copy us! Together we can make a much bigger impact. Unfortunately, we’re not there yet, and in the meantime we want to help as many people with debts as possible. We finance these activities with our profits. This means that as a client, you don’t directly pay for Faircasso’s debt support activities. But the social impact we create does benefit you as a client.
Everyone working at Faircasso is also a trained debt counselor and volunteers a few hours a week to help debtors outside the collection process resolve all of their debts. In addition to our own employees, we also work with external volunteers. And that’s how the circle is complete. Pay it forward!

Reminders
We send automated, friendly reminders on your behalf by post, email, and SMS. We receive and process the payments, and where needed, we also arrange and manage payment plans. If personal contact is required, our phone team is ready to assist.

The best personal contact is, of course, face-to-face. Every day, our field agents casually dressed and driving modest cars go out to restore trust. At first, this can feel tense, but our agents always start with a safe dialogue and quickly reduce stress levels. Debtors are often moved because we don’t just come to collect, we also come to give.
