Faircasso is a social enterprise, how we interact with people is one of the most important aspects of Faircasso's work.
If you have a complaint, we'd like to hear from you. This allows us to investigate and implement any necessary improvements immediately.

Ensuring quality
To guarantee quality and social working practices, Faircasso is assessed by an external independent organisation every two years (or sooner if there are complaints).
If all goes well, we will be able to retain the Socially Responsible Collections Quality Mark. If things go wrong, we may lose the quality mark. For more information, please visit website of the quality mark.

How do you file a complaint?
Subject
Please include 'Complaint' at the top of the letter or in the subject line of the email.
File number
Is your complaint related to an ongoing case? Please include the case number and the names of the parties involved.
Description
Provide a clear description of the complaint. If the complaint concerns the actions of one of our employees, please include the name of the employee involved.
Contact details
Please provide your name and address details, telephone number and email address.
We will confirm receipt of your complaint within two business days. You can expect a substantive response to your complaint within two weeks.
