Faircasso is a social enterprise, and the way we treat people is one of the most important parts of our work. If you have a complaint, we would like to hear it. This allows us to investigate and make improvements right away.

Safeguarding quality
To guarantee the quality and our social way of working, Faircasso is assessed by an independent external organization once every two years (or earlier if there are complaints).
If everything is in order, we may retain the Quality Mark for Socially Responsible Collections. If things are not going well, we can lose the quality mark. For more information, please visit website of the quality mark.

How do you file a complaint?
Subject
Please include 'Complaint' at the top of the letter or in the subject line of the email.
File number
Is your complaint related to an ongoing case? Please include the case number and the names of the parties involved.
Description
Provide a clear description of the complaint. If the complaint concerns the actions of one of our employees, please include the name of the employee involved.
Contact details
Please provide your name and address details, telephone number and email address.
We will confirm receipt of your complaint within two working days. You can expect a substantive response within two weeks.
