We've already prepared all the information for you in your personal area. This way, you can be sure everything is taken care of. And you're done quickly and easily. Follow these steps to pay immediately:

Step 1: Log in via the 'log in' button.

Step 2: Pay via the 'pay now' or 'make arrangements' button.

Start with the code in your letter

In the letter (or email) you received from us, you'll find a code. Use this to log in and access your personal environment.

Would you rather pay in installments?

If you can't pay all at once, we'll work with you to find out what's possible. We'll see what you can afford each month without getting into further trouble. You also need to be able to keep buying groceries!

Immediately pay

Great that you can pay right away. You can pay using your preferred method, such as iDeal or bank transfer.
