In your personal account, we’ve already prepared all your details. That way, you can be sure everything is taken care of properly, and you’ll be done quickly and easily. Just follow these steps to pay right away:

Step 1: Log in via the 'log in' button.

Step 2: Pay via the 'pay now' or 'make arrangements' button.

Start with the code in your letter

In the letter (or email) you received from us, you'll find a code. Use this to log in and access your personal environment.

Would you rather pay in instalments?

If you’re not able to pay in one go, we’ll look together at what is possible. We’ll see how much you can pay per month without getting into further difficulties. After all, you still need to be able to buy your groceries!
