What can you expect from us?

If you can’t pay all at once, we’ll look together at what is possible. We’ll see what you can afford to pay each month, without putting you into further difficulties. After all, you still need to be able to do your groceries!

Personal Contact

In your personal account, several solutions are ready for you, but you can always call us as well. We’re available Monday to Saturday between 9:00 and 17:00, and on Thursday evenings even until 20:00.

We do everything we can to avoid involving a bailiff. They’re expensive and only add to your stress. We’d much rather use that time and money for something that helps us both.
