We're looking for someone driven by sales success who can simultaneously represent Faircasso in an authentic and personal way. One moment you'll be generating lead lists and following up, the next you'll be collaborating with management on a tender or developing a sales plan for a specific customer segment. Managing communication with customers and prospects and participating in trade shows are also part of the job. And because we're a flat organization, there are always other challenging tasks to consider.
Working in a social enterprise is a little different: we don't just aim for commercial KPIs, we also want to make a positive impact on society. And we're proud of that.
Faircasso is the only social enterprise in the Netherlands in the debt collection sector. Despite the changes in the debt collection sector in recent years, we still believe it's not fair enough and want to change that. From our office at Hofplein in Rotterdam, we work with a small team on the best social debt collection solutions in the Netherlands and help people resolve all their debts. We are committed to making a positive contribution to debt reduction, and that's why we work at Faircasso with both heart and soul.
What do we expect from you?
- HBO work and thinking level. Preferably in a commercial direction
- Experience in sales and/or account management
- Affinity with social entrepreneurship
- Team player who can also work independently. Lives in the Rotterdam area.
What do we offer you?
- A one-year contract with the prospect of a permanent position (24 - 30 hours per week)
