Debt counselor (volunteer)
As a Debt Counselor at Faircasso, you'll primarily interact with people in debt by phone and email. You'll assess their debts and any other social issues, work with them to determine the most suitable form of debt assistance, motivate them to apply for debt counseling, and then connect them with a solution. You'll maintain contact with both the client and the counselor to ensure the process continues. Should anything go wrong, you'll work hard to get things back on track.
